Sascha Gongala - 3D Generalist

Welcome to my website. My name is Sascha Gongala and I am a freelance environment and prop artist currently living in the UK, enthusiastic about breathing life into computer generated images. I am reliable, a self-sufficient learner and have great communication skills.

Maya is my main tool for modeling and UV mapping and I recently rebuilt my pipeline to integrate Houdini for shading, lighting and rendering.
I use ZBrush to work on organic models, but also for concept design and highly detailed hard surface modeling.
Depending on the asset, I use Mari, Substance Painter and Photoshop to create textures.
Additionally I have skills using Houdini for rigid body dynamics and fluid simulations and I am using Nuke for compositing.
